The Boob Job

Hi, I'm Miria Aman.
I've been a holistic massage therapist for 25 years and have worked in London, Sydney, and Auckland for the past 17 years. I specialise in lymphatic drainage, pre- and post-op massage, and pregnancy care.

I’m passionate to present “The Boob Job” at hub – matakana—a fun, informative, and interactive talk all about how the lymphatic system works. You'll learn how to drain and unblock lymphatic stagnation in your breasts to optimise your health and vitality.

On the day, I’ll share easy-to-digest information and simple lifestyle changes that can lead to significant health improvements. We’ll cover the key pillars of lymphatic health:

  • Hydration

  • Nutrition

  • Exercise

  • Sleep

  • Mental health

Come and discover how to support a robust lymphatic system. Understanding how this system works can help improve digestion, physical mobility, headaches, inflammation, fluid retention—and best of all, boost your immunity and overall wellbeing.
